How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order by navigating to the 'Order Online' page. Select the package or individual products you'd like to purchase, fill out the appropriate information from the dropdown menus and your player's full name, and add to your cart. If you are ordering for multiple persons, order separate products/packages for each one.
How do I order for multiple kids?
Please place a separate order for each package or individual product per child. You can easily add multiple packages per child within the same order.
How do I book a session?
If you'd like to schedule team/player photos, simply use our contact form or send an email to sports@sharpphoto.net
Can I order photos from past events?
Yes, you can order photos from past events if they are still available in our archive. Please contact us for assistance in locating and purchasing photos from past events.
Do you offer digital downloads?
Yes, you can purchase a digital file of your player through the individual products page.
When can I order?
You can order ahead or wait until after we have photographed your player(s).
What's the turn around time for orders?
The turnaround times vary depending on the event. We typically wait until a majority of parents have placed their orders before printing everything and arranging delivery to your league. We try our best to get everything printed at the same time per team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo.
What if there's bad weather during my scheduled photo shoot?
We will likely contact you ahead of time to reschedule the photo session. You can also contact us if your schedule changes.
When will the photos be ready for pick up or delivery?
We will notify you when your order is being delivered to your league or ready for pickup at the store!
Can you ship my order?
Of course! Simply choose a shipping option and we will gladly ship your order.
